A bit about me...

I'm Adam and I'm an Australian Army veteran and equine photographer.

I'm passionate about horses (I have three - one off the track thoroughbred and two rescue horses!) and photography. There's something about capturing that special moment and connection between a horse and a person that I love.

The deep, personal and emotional connection you have with your horse is something that is hard to describe in words. To have a giant, majestic, intelligent and powerful animal choose you to be their person, to have them follow you around, to love you and have them show you their love and affection is deeply moving.

This is where photography helps. A photo that shows that love and connection is something that I chase everyday and I find it extremely satisfying when a client first sees their photos and can see that amazing bond in a photo. It's so rewarding.

But why am I an equine photographer? How did I get here?

Following my discharge from the Army I studied and earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and worked in the building, civil construction and water industries. I enjoyed the challenge and processes in civil engineering but unfortunately it wasn't something sustainable for me.

The stresses from active service deployments eventually resulted in me being unable to continue working in the highly competitive engineering industry which has led to me beginning this business. I love photography and horses so I thought why not combine both of these passions!

I'm assisted in my day-to-day life by my beautiful service dog, Torvi, who accompanies me wherever I go.

I'm the guardian of three horses: Floki (an off the track thoroughbred), Diego (a rescue horse) and Gandalf (also a rescue horse).

I'm passionate about animals and animal welfare and I conduct pro bono photoshoots for various animal rescues and rescue projects across SE Qld to help those organisations by providing high quality images for uses on their websites and socials.

Please don't hesitate to get in contact with me and see how I can help.
